Possibly by Jorgen Hovelskov (1935-2005), with two shaped upright pieces of wood, held together with strands of string. With an oval base, signed 'JH' monogram and 1975. 59cms high, base 39cms by 24cms *By family repute, this was purchased from a Danish gentleman who had moved to the UK, who believed that it was made by Hovelskov. Hovelskov is best known for his 'Harp' chair designs. Condition: some fading and colour loss to the wood in places, including the upright sections and base, otherwise seems in reasonable condition for it's age.
