One bid is without obligation for the potential buyer or seller and seller intends to enter into negotiations with one or more parties based on the bids given. The seller reserves the right, at his own discretion, to accept or reject an offer, without the right or obligation of a party that has offered the installation. The plant is listed on the seller's own property, and Buyer dismount and remove the factory as soon as possible after purchase. Interested who want to inspect the site must contact the seller in advance. It is not permitted to enter the page without a visit agreement. The seller recommends an inspection of the condition of the asphalt factory. The factory is sold "as it is". In the case of a contract for the acquisition, dismantling and/or export of the plant, the seller will point out that Norwegian laws and the seller’s local health, environmental and safety rules are to be followed throughout the process.
