Description of the subject It is a C6 current wall of Armfield. The exact age of the plant can no longer be traced, the year of construction is apparently before 1993.    Operation Pressure losses of impresible fluids can be investigated on the flow wall depending on different pipe diameters and installations (bows, valves, etc.). For this purpose, water can be placed in a basin and pumped through the pipe system. The pump cannot be switched on at the moment. Friction losses in straight tubes of different sizes can be investigated in a range of Reynolds numbers from 10 to 10 high5, which includes laminar, transition and turbulent currents in the experiments.     Flow wall We announce the auction of a C6 flow wall from Armfield. The plant was last used for research purposes at the Furtwangen University of Applied Sciences, but has been out of operation for over 10 years. The wall needs a solid, flat floor, ideally with wall mounting.     Optical condition Basically good, dirt (lime?) in the water basin, there is no CE sign.   Technical data   Height: 1,955 m Length: 2,640 m Depth: 0,815 m   A water and an electrical connection are required for operation.       The function test was not carried out, as the system would have to be connected and put back into operation. It has therefore been marked as defective, but may be incapacitated!  Maintenance and overhaul measures could be taken to operate the machine in the long term. Delivery according to the figures.   The complex is located on the ground floor with easy access via a double-winged external gate.   The application from the workshop, loading and collection must be carried out by the purchaser with a suitable transport company and prior and binding appointment arrangements themselves. For legal reasons, no support can be granted. The collection of the machine is only possible after receipt of payment and appointment.   The acquirer must cover all transport costs. The machine must be picked up within 10 days of the end of the auction. For questions about storage and possible collection, information can be provided.
