The city of Vechta auctions here the mobile home (MH) Cosalt Classic 35 from 2006 described below. This mobile home was acquired at the end of 2022 by Vechta County to accommodate war refugees from Ukraine and other asylum seekers. In order to improve the management of the accommodation, these were converted from gas to electricity (heating, cooking station, light). A mobile home of the brand Cosalt from the year 2006 is a typical British Static Caravan, which is known for its solid construction and layout. The layout of the room is linear from front to rear: 1. Living and dining area (front) Open plan area: approx. 14.0 m2 Living room (lounge): Located at the front end and takes advantage of the full width of 3.10 m. A large, circular corner seating group creates a lot of seating. On the front side, a large panoramic window provides light, next to it stands the TV and cabinet wall with integrated gas fireplace. Kitchen & amp; Dining area: Connects openly to the living room. The kitchen is slightly L-shaped mounted on a wall to keep the corridor as wide as possible. 2. Central sanitary area, approx. 2.8 m2 Combined bathroom: Shower, sink and toilet are combined in a single, compact room to save valuable room length for the bedrooms. 3. A Truma heater is used for heating. All rooms have electric light, switches and sockets. A conversion of the electrical systems to German standard has been carried out. All dimensions are rounded. The included equipment, such as towels, bed linen & amp; Bedding etc. are included in the offer. Before submitting an offer, a visit is strongly recommended.   No visual defects on the outer skin were detected at the beginning of the auction. Cleaning (inside and outside) has not yet taken place. Since this is a used mobile home, age-related signs of wear and tear and various damages are present.   Transport: The entrant is responsible for the removal of the mobile home. No tools or loading vehicles are provided by the city of Vechta. For reasons of liability, no loading aid can be provided. The described MH has its own chassis. However, this is not suitable for shunting and is not allowed for public transport. The successful bidder undertakes to collect the mobile home at his own expense and to transport it without further assistance.
