Bonbonniere designed by Henning Wolfhagen and executed in his own workshop in the period 1925-37.
Lid and base of bronze. Finial of pewter.
Stamped 'H. Wolfhagen - Denmark - Wolfa' on the base.
Diameter: 12 cm. Height: 9.5 cm. Weight: 328 grams.
Note: Henning Wolfhagen established his company in Copenhagen in 1925. He collaborated with, among others, Arne Bang, Ebbe Sadolin, and Olaf Stæhr-Nielsen. The company closed in 1937, after which Henning Wolfhagen trained as a priest.
Condition: Wear and age-related tear in the form of scratches and marks.
