A few days before his sudden death to a "Lord's Council", to which, at his request, he provides a very detailed description and chacterization of a Madame Cramer in Eisenach. Signs her exterior as well as her character traits, her activity and social position in Eisenach. - Unfortunately, the signature has been cut off by an "autograph collector" and replaced by a newer piece of paper. Otherwise well preserved, extremely rare autograph of the author of the "Volksmährchen der Deutschen" (1782). - Accompanied by an excerpt from the auction catalog IV of the firm Karl Ernst Henrici with the description of the letter and the boldly printed note: "Very rare".
