One of 100 numbered copies of the "Luxusdruck" in the Office F. Rollinger directly from the stone on [uncircumcised] sheets ... printed on the hand press [in blue] and hand-bound in the art centre of the institution" (print note). The author (1867-1947) was a psychiatrist and brother of the far more famous architect Richard Neutra. Pretitle with a personal dedication: "My dear accomplice, Mrs. Eugenie Benisch, for a friendly memory. Baden, May 1924 - WNeutra". – Very good specimen.
