Act LD1M/GUp/15/2025 NOTICE Syndicate of mass bankruptcy CHS BIS Sp. z o. o. announces a competition of offers for the sale of mobility packages: Hisense heat pumps (internal and external) covered by a registered pledge, consisting of the movables listed in the inventory under headings 1.1 to 1.3, for a price not less than PLN 1.021.492.50 net; Hisense heat pumps (internal and external), consisting of the movables listed in the inventory by headings 1.4 to 1.10, for a price not less than PLN 447.112,00 net; Heat pumps accessories, which consist of the movable items listed in the inventory under headings 1.11 to 1.61, for a price not less than PLN 209.042,50 net; Furniture and furniture accessories, consisting of movable items listed in the inventory under headings 1.62 to 1.69 and 1.110 to 1.121, for a price not less than PLN 33,152,15 net; Garments consisting of movable items listed in the inventory under headings 1.70 to 1.109, for a price not less than PLN 4.870,97 net; IT and household appliances consisting of movable items listed in the inventory under headings 1.124 to 1.129, at a price not less than PLN 2.609.98 net; Bearings, simmeringi, chains, sleeves, rings, bearing housings, wedge strips, comprising the movable items listed in the inventory under headings 1.130 to 1.549 and 1.556 to 1.557, for a price not less than 1.113.881,40 zlotys net; YALE pallet trucks (3 pieces), included in the inventory under heading 1.550, for a price not less than PLN 150,00 net. The total price of packages for sale is not less than PLN 2.832,311,50 net. VAT will be added to the sales prices of the movable packages.
