A telephone appointment is possible with the below mentioned contact person. The spreading stock silo was in use or filled with spreading stock until the end of July 2025.   The silo is currently functional, but has to be dismantled accordingly for removal and, if necessary, rebuilt in a suitable place. The silo is currently screwed with the existing foundations and connected to the ground. At the possible new location, a corresponding foundation must be built by the bidder in order to be able to set up and fix the silo there.    Foundations must be made for the attachment or for the installation of the silo in order to be able to attach the silo there with appropriate anchoring agents. Scarf and reinforcement plans for this are available.   The bid amount must be paid by the buyer within 10 days by bank transfer after notification of the payment methods.   After the auction, the bulk stock silo shall be dismantled and collected itself within 10 working days of notification of the modalities. The self-decommissioning and collection will only be allowed after payment of the closing bid. The collection must be made within 10 days of receipt of payment at the latest otherwise a delay fee of 50€/day will be due.   The silo is provided in accordance with the age and used condition, for self-decommissioning and collection.
