DOMPOL Sp. z o.o. in Wałbrzych as indicated in point 4. 10. The security lodged by the successful tenderer shall be credited to the selling price. The remaining tenderers shall be reimbursed the security without interest within 14 working days of the date of acceptance of the tender and the outcome of the invitation to tender. 11. If the remaining part of the gross purchase price is not paid for reasons attributable to the tenderer within 14 (14 days) from the date of notification of the acceptance of his offer by Syndyk, the security lodged by the tenderer is forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy of P.U.P.H. Disassembly and loading and transport of the purchased compressor the buyer organizes his own effort and at his own expense. 14. In cases not governed by these conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Insolvency Law and the Civil Code. 15.
