SYNDIK SALE OF MOVABLE PROPERTY (hydraulic, sanitary, power tools, air conditioning, ventilation and others) SUBJECT MATTER OF THE OFFER COMPETITIVE: 1. The bankruptcy syndicate FEROMEX HVAC sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy announces the sale of movable property (as part of the competition for offers). The object of the tender contest is the set of movables disclosed in the supplementary inventory under No 1.65. 2. The sale of movable property in the framework of this competition may take place both through the sale of the entire set of movable assets 3. Hospital room five. 8.00-031 Warsaw, approx. 9.00 .17.00, after an earlier appointment (Tel.: 509 790 426, e-mail address: office@geromin.com) and electronically (requests must be sent to the office@gegromin.com). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE PRELIMINARY OFFERT COMPANY AND THE REGULAMINATION OF THE OFFER COMPANIES: Additional information about the Premiere of the Competition The offer and the Regulations of the contest will be made available by e-mail (office@geromin.com). CHALLENGE PRICE: The starting price of the entire contest object is PLN 370.254,00 (three hundred seventy thousand two hundred fifty four zlotys 00/100) net. If you wish to submit an offer for a part of the movable property consisting of the object of the Competition, the call price must be confirmed in Syndyk's office. The unit prices of the individual movable property are included in the list of movable property which may be made available at the request of the person concerned. Sales are subject to VAT. METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION OFFER: The conditions for participation in the competition for tenders shall be the submission of a tender in accordance with the requirements set out below. 1. Tenders may be submitted by: (a) sending the written offer by registered letter to Syndyk's office: Restructuring Advisor Maciej Geromin, ul. Hospital room five. 8, 00-031 Warsaw (in this case, insert the "KONKURSE OFFER" on the envelope, or (b) submitting a written offer directly to the Syndicate office from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00 (in this case the offer should be placed in a closed envelope on which the words "KONKURSE OFFER" should be inserted, (c) sending the offer signed by electronic signature to Syndyk's office's e-mail address: office@geromin.com with a note in the subject matter of the e-Mail - FEROMEX MOVEMENTS), 2. The offer under the rule of rejection should contain all the elements contained in the terms of the contest. One offer may refer to the acquisition of the whole object of the Offer Competition or parts of movable property. If you wish to submit an offer for individual movables, the call price should be confirmed in Syndyk's office. The unit prices of the individual movable property are included in the list of movable property which may be made available at the request of the person concerned. The offer form in pdf format and editable version will also be made available via e-mail. Request to send an offer form must be sent to: office@geromin.com 3. In addition, the tender shall be accompanied by any authorisation and consent to the acquisition of the subject-matter of the tender contest where they are required by law by reason of the person or the firm of the tenderer and, in the event of action by a proxy, by a document conferring the power of attorney to represent the tenderer in the contest of tenders. 4. Tenders must be submitted by 2 October 2026, provided that the tender must reach the Syndyka office within the time limit specified (deciding the date of impact rather than the date on which the offer was made). 5. Tenders received by the Syndicate after the time limit specified above, even if they were issued (sent) before that date, as well as tenders which do not comply with at least one of the formal requirements set out in point (a). 2 and 3 above, will not be considered. 6. If Syndicate receives more than one tender meeting the formal requirements within the prescribed time limit, the Syndicator will perform the auction (the auction). 7. In the event of submitting an offer for the acquisition of the entire subject of the Offer Competition, offers submitted for the purchase of parts of movable property will not be binding and will not have been taken into account by Syndyk. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1. The Syndicator reserves the right, at each stage of the proceedings and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the sale or closure of the tender contest, including the auction (s) without selecting any of the offers. 2. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. The provisions concerning the sale in enforcement proceedings are laid down in Articles 864 et seq. of the Civil Procedure Code. Purchasers are not entitled to any warranty claim (exclusion of warranty liability for the disposal of ownership of movable property). 3. This notice is purely commercial information and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
