A mountain bike of the brand Specialized is offered. The bike is in a used condition. On the frame there are scratches everywhere and overall the bike is very dirty. Both tires lack air. A statement on road safety according to the StVZO cannot be made. Damages (e.g. due to improper use, etc.) may exist, which cannot be listed in detail, since this is a fact of discovery and therefore a used object.
