First competition of offers to purchase a share of 1/2 in the built-in property Jelenia Góra Bankruptcy Syndicate in the insolvency proceedings of Regina J., a natural person not engaged in business activities, held in the District Court in Jelenia Góra V, Economic Division under the name of Act JG1J/GUp-s/32/2026, announces the first competition of offers for the purchase of a share of 1/2 part in the property right built in a single-family residential building, adjacent to it is the building of a garage and an economic building located in Jelenia Góra on 12 Działowicza Street, which is the registration plot No 110, the perimeter of 0060. The subject-matter of the sale is described in detail and valued in an estimate prepared by the asset valuer. The estimated operation can be viewed in the office of Syndicate Monika Rowicka in Jelenia Góra, ul. Podwale 17A. The operation can be made available in electronic form, after prior notification of the demand by e-mail to biuro@syndyk-rowicka.pl, or by telephone at 739 230 590. Interested parties may refer to the subject of the sale from Monday to Friday, after prior agreement with the bankruptcy syndicate by telephone number 739 230 590. The starting price of the item of sale is PLN 329 600,00 (three hundred twenty-nine thousand six hundred PLN 00/100 grosz) which is 80 % of the estimated value by the expert, amounting to PLN 412 000,00 (four hundred twelve thousand PLN 00 100 grosz). The conditions for participation in the competition shall be: 1. 1) payment of a security of PLN 30 000,00 (thirty thousand zloty 00/100 grosz) by 2 September 2026 into the bank account of the bankruptcy estate held in Erste Bank Polska S.A. in Jelenia Góra with number 56 1090 1926 0000 0001 6585 5449 with an indication under the transfer title of the bid contest of the security letter JG1J/Gup-s/32/2026. The date of impact of the security shall be the date of the impact on the above mentioned bank account of the total amount of the deposit required; 2. 2) submitting an offer in writing in Polish in a sealed envelope with a clear inscription on the envelope.
