Fourth competition of offers for the purchase of a share 1/2 in the residential premises of the Kamienna Góra Bankruptcy Syndicate in bankruptcy proceedings Katarzyna Z. . a natural person not engaged in business activities, held in the District Court in Jelenia Góra V Economic Division under the name of Act JG1J/GUp-s/219/2025, announces the fourth contest of offers for the purchase of a share of 1/2 parts in the property rights of residential premises No. 3 located in Kamienna Gora at ul. Lubawska 20 o pow. with a space of 77.1 m2, including a share of 1240/10000 in the common property, which is the land and parts of the building and equipment which are not exclusively for use by the owners of the premises. The subject-matter of the sale is described in detail and valued in an estimate prepared by the asset valuer. The starting price of the item of sale is PLN 40 000,00 (forty thousand zlotys 00/100 grosz) which is 34,48 % of the estimated value by the expert, which is PLN 116 000,00 (1 hundred sixteen thousand złoty 00/100 pier). The conditions for participation in the competition shall be: 1. 1) payment of a security of PLN 4 000,00 (four thousand PLN 00/100 grosz) by 07 September 2026 on the bank account of the bankruptcy estate held in Erste Bank Polska S.A. in Jelenia Góra with the number 33 1090 1926 0000 0001 6420 0558 with the indication in the title of the transfer of the tender form of the JG1J/GUp-s/219/2025. The date of impact of the security shall be the date of the impact on the above mentioned bank account of the total amount of the deposit required; 2. 2) submitting an offer in writing in Polish in a sealed envelope with a clear inscription on the envelope.
