Announcement on the sale of LEGISLATION forming part of the bankruptcy mass in bankruptcy proceedings under Act VI GUP 9.21/MC free of charge in the form of an offer contest. Bankruptcy syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of Act VI GUP 9.21/MC announces a written tender contest for the sale of a free-of-hand part of the bankruptcy estate constituting: · A monetary charge of PLN 82.750.02 (main charge) resulting from the order for payment in the renouncing proceedings issued by the District Court of Gdansk-North in Gdańsk, V Commercial Division dated 6 February 2025, under the name of Act V GNc 127/265, on the basis of which the defendant Patricia Wocial, within two weeks of the date of delivery of this order, should pay to the claimant i.e. the syndicate of the bankruptcy of STAL-TRANS sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy with its registered office in Gdynia, the amount of PLN 82.750,02 together with the statutory interest for the delay from 30 December 2024 until the date of payment, for the sale price not less than 5% of the nominal value, i.e. not less then PLN 4.137.50 (in words: four thousand one hundred thirty seven zlotys 50/100), where the following conditions for disposal are laid down: · the syndicate will select the buyer with the highest price offered, · the costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the purchaser, · the purchaser agrees to exclude rights under the warranty for defects pursuant to Article 558 (1) of the Code. The syndicate will select the buyer with the highest price offered. 8. The Syndicate reserves the right to: a. the withdrawal from the competition of tenders or the cancellation of the contest of tenders in whole or in part, indicating which element is the subject of the competition for tenders, the decision shall apply without giving a reason; b. Failure to choose an offer without giving a reason. 9. The contract of sale will be signed after payment of the entire price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass. 10.
