The Bavarian state goods auction a used tipper with the following technical data:   Manufacturer: Reisch Type: unknown, no label available anymore Year of construction: approx. 1976 (= year of production of the front axle) Total permissible weight = 8 to. 3-page tipper Hydraulic tilting cylinder two axles Spindle steering Axle manufacturer = Peitz axle factory Leaf suspension Front axle braked, a 2-circuit compressed air braking system was retrofitted a few years ago 25 km/h maximum speed, no approval Pull-mouth and 7-pin trailer socket in the rear Steel base and on-board walls On-board height = 2 x 50 cm (circumcised) with grain slider in the rear Central locking for rear panel Lighting with stable protective frame Tyre: 10.5/80 - 18 Implement, Semperit   The tipper is currently not operational and, due to the following known defects, is expressly auctioned as defective:   Tires are heavily worn out and partly strongly torn on the flanks (must be renewed) Bridge floor at the base strongly rusted and partly rusted a longitudinal support of the bridge frame has severe rust damage and is completely rusted in several places (see photos 13 - 20) cross-sections of the bridge frame also have strong corrosion damage (see photos 13 - 20) On-board wall closures and central locking On the board walls, the paint is strongly embossed and largely peeled off or worn off Rust base on the board walls on the frame and on the axles, the paint is also peeled off in places Rust on all bare frame parts Pollution from dust and grease/oil General type-approval not available   No assessment or assessment was carried out. Therefore, it is strongly advised to visit the trailer before bidding (Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m, Friday from 7 p. m. to 12 noon). This is only possible after prior telephone registration.   After the end of the auction and payment by bank transfer, the transfer takes place at the specified place. Payment and collection must be made within 10 days or by arrangement!     The vehicle is not registered. Compliance with regulatory requirements is the sole obligation of the highest bidder(s).     The bidder is responsible for the organisation of the necessary loading technology. Loading, securing cargo and transport are the responsibility of the new owner. For legal reasons, no support can be granted. At the time of collection, the pick-up party confirms with his signature that he is familiar with the applicable legislation on securing cargo and transport goods.
