The acquirer shall remove all of the symbols which may be affixed. The device must be picked up within 12 working days with proof of payment and, if necessary, a pick-up authorisation. An extension of this period is only possible in exceptional cases and only by prior agreement. A loading aid cannot be provided. The buyer bears the risk of possible damage during loading. The acquirer undertakes to ensure that even for a suitable transport vehicle, load securing, transport aids and compliance with road traffic regulations: (StVO) and other transport regulations. The accident prevention regulations must be observed during loading and stay at the building yard.
