Fiat Ducato A Fiat Ducato, built in 2005, stands for the auction. The vehicle evaluation took place on 02.10.2024 and is still up to date. The transporter had TÜV until 11.23 and is in need of repair (see picture material and description). Only the vehicle offered will be auctioned. Very large loading area, with wooden floor. Engine started immediately after a long service life. Ducato's logged out.   Other: Due to longer service life, the vehicle's ability to drive is not guaranteed. A short test run/sampling drive could not be performed. The functional test of the equipment was not/only partially possible. The vehicle examination was carried out without lifting platform/rubber and testing technology, which is why further damage affecting value is possible.   There are 2 vehicle keys and the ZB Part 1 and Part 2. The vehicle is in uncleaned condition. It must be assumed that the vehicle is not ready to drive at the time of pick-up. (e.g. the battery is deep discharge) A survey before bid is recommended, for this an appointment with 5 days advance by e-mail is required.  The vehicle must be paid and picked up within 14 working days of the end of the auction. An extension of the deadline is only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation. If the vehicle is not fully paid or not picked up within the 14 day period, the vehicle will be re-sold according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Customs Auction and, if necessary, claim compensation according to § 6 of the General Conditions.    Equipment or personnel for loading cannot be made available for liability reasons. The loading of the vehicle as well as the bringing of suitable locking devices for securing the load are the responsibility of the acquirer. If adequate means of transport and safety are not available, the vehicle cannot be released.   The vehicle will be auctioned again if the acquirer has not paid and picked up the item within the payment/collection period. He/she may not bid at a new auction and is liable for a loss of proceeds, but has no right to any additional proceeds.
