Act XIV Gup 225/22 Announcement Bankruptcy Syndyk Wytwórnia Urządzenia Komunalnych WUKO Spółka Akcyjna w Łódź is issuing a tender for the sale of the company Wytwarzynia Urzeń Urzędów Komunablenych WUKO Spółk Akcyjne in its entirety, including: a. right of use of perpetual real estate located in Łódź, border No 0023 Bałuty, marked with the number of plot 557/25 with an area of 0.2937 ha (2.937,00 m2), for which in the District Court for Łodź hardening of the area with concrete cubes of the type b. right of use of perpetual property located in Łódź, border No 0023 Bałuty, marked with the number of plot 557/26 with an area of 0.7530 ha (7.530,00 m2), for which in the District Court for Łodź the manufacturing building of the so-called "Blue Hall" with an area of 3.090,00 m2, the weight of goods and the hardening of the terrain and communication lines, with an estimate of PLN 4.348.00.00 (four million three hundred forty-eight thousand zlotys) net, c. right of use of perpetual property located in Łódź, border No 0023 Bałuty, marked with the number of plot 557/28 with an area of 1,0781 ha (10.781,00 m2), for which in the District Court for Łodź form: warehouse building with a usable area of 4.050,00 m2, warehouse building of 1.459.50 m2, storage building of 44,00 m2 and hardening of terrain and communication lines, with an estimate of PLN 5.654.00 (five million six hundred fifty-four) thousand zlotys) net, d. right of use of perpetual real estate located in Łódź, border no 0023 Baluta, marked with the number of parcels 557/30 and 557/31 with a total area of 1,9348 ha (19.348,00 m2), for which in the District Court for Łodź constructions in the form of: an office building with a usable area of 1.088,50 m2, a production building with storage space of 6.445,00 m2, an boiler room with a useful area of 141,00 m2, the trauma station building with an usable space of 138,00 m2, and a garage building of 130,60 m2 and an external fence, lighting, arms networks and hardening of terrain and communication lines, with an estimated value of PLN 10.152.00.00 (ten million one hundred and fifty-two thousand zlotys) net, e. movable goods in the form of office furniture, office equipment, machinery and equipment, small tools, metal lockers, vehicles and other movable goods constituting equipment of the company, listed in the opinion of the value of fixed and low-price assets drawn up on 1 September 2024 by BUDOSERWIS Z.U.H. Sp. z o.o., with a total estimated value of 648,936,00 zł (six hundred forty-eight thousand nine hundred and thirty-six zlotys) net, f. the right of registration of the trade mark in words and graphics (notation Z.574742) with an estimate of 56.100,00 zł (fifty-six thousand hundred zlotys) net. The starting price of the item of sale is PLN 30,000,000.00 (PLN 30 million) net.
