NOTICE OF SALES The bankruptcy syndicate announces the sale of the Ford C-Max 1.6, the year of production, by means of an offer contest. The market value of the whole vehicle is PLN 10 400,00 and the share value of 1/2 is PLN 5 200,00. The starting price of the item of sale shall be 25% of the value of the estimate of the 1/2 share in the car, i.e. PLN 1 300,00. Conditions for the submission of tenders: Tenders must be submitted electronically to Syndyka's e-mail address: daniel.zablocki@kdgir.pl, until 02.09.2026. The date and time of its impact on the Syndicate e-mail address indicated shall be determined by the date and the time of the submission of the offer. All information regarding the subject matter of sale is provided by the Syndyk on weekdays from 10:00 to 15:00 at the phone number 696 115 643. The purchaser shall bear all costs relating to the acquisition and receipt of the item of sale. The syndicate reserves the right to freely choose the tenderer and to reject the offer or withdraw from the sale without giving a reason. The sale by Syndyk in bankruptcy proceedings has the effect of enforcing the sale. The buyer shall purchase the subject-matter of the sale without charge, subject to legal provisions. The provisions on warranties for defects of things do not apply to the sale made by Syndicus.
