The Syndicator announces tender No. 1 for sale free of hand by means of a written tender of property rights of unbuilt land property located in the village of Czeczewo (divide No. 63/2, border no.0002) with an area of 0,1278 ha forming part of the bankruptcy mass of Edmund Jabłoński in consumer bankruptcy, for which the 5th Department of Perpetual Books in Kartuzy holds a perpetual book with the number GD1R/00054390/6. The creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings of Edmund Jabłoński who did not carry out business activities (GD1G/GUp-s/81/2026) approved the terms of the tender for the sale of the unbuilt land property property property in Czeczewo (divide No 63/2, border 0002) with an area of 0,1278 ha. The estimated operation, carried out on behalf of the syndicate by the asset valuer Aleksandra Kropidłowska, determined the value of w/in real estate for the amount of PLN 242.500,00 for market sales. Therefore, the syndicate announces that it plans to open a written invitation to tender for a sale at a price of not less than 100 % of the price estimated at market conditions i.e. PLN 242.500,00. Offers should be submitted in person at the Lawyers' Office Piątkowski Wolski Zelent s.c. at al. Grunwald 212. 4/15, 80-266 Gdansk (decids the date and time of impact to the Chancellery) from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 16:00 or through post, which means delivery of the shipment not only via Polish Post S.A. but also through other entrepreneurs providing delivery services. Tenders must be submitted by 15.09.2026 until 12:00. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place at a sitting in secret on 16.09.2026.
