NOTICE OF THE Written COMPETITIVE OFFER FOR THE SALE OF MONETARY LAWS Bartosz Burzyński's Bankruptcy Syndicate (PESEL: 91010310652), a natural person not engaged in a business activity, under the name of Act PO1P/GUp-s/1640/2025 (PO1P /GU/2013/2025), announces a written tender contest for the sale of property rights forming part of the bankruptcy estate, in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency Law (in particular Article 49111a paragraph). 2) and on the basis of the principles of the Civil Procedure Code applied accordingly. I. Subject of sale The subject of sale shall be the property right arising from the guarantee deposit and the guarantee established for the protection of claims by the bankrupt in favour of: INSTAL-LUBLIN S.A. with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Anna Valentynowicz 9, 20-328 Lublin, NIP 9462617432. The package shall consist of a security claim: 41.822,73 PLN for the project Construction of the Central Integrated Clinical Hospital in Poznań order K/22/03/I59430/08/am/00 and K/22/ 03/I59430/08/ax/00 (refund date after 15.05.2019). The total nominal value of the package is PLN 41,822,73. II. Starting price The starting price is PLN 25407.00 (say: twenty-five thousand four hundred seven zlotys 00/100). III. Conditions for competition and sale The sale is carried out by means of a written tender contest for the highest price offered. The condition for participation is to read the Sales Terms and Conditions, which specify the dates for submission and opening of tenders and the formal requirements. If at least two tenders are submitted at a similar price (the difference of up to 5% of the call price) or identical offers, the syndicate will carry out an additional oral auction (the auction) with a minimum of PLN 1 000. Buyers acquire rights in the state in which they are located. The debtor (INSTAL-LUBLIN S.A) has claimed that in the event of a failure by the Investor/User and the failure not to remedy faults and defects by the Fallen, he will be entitled and at the same time obliged to replace the defects and defects of the subject-matter of the Agreement for the Falled and therefore the guarantee deposit may be used for the replacement removal of defects and deficiencies in the subject matter of the Contract. 5. A protocol opening of offers will take place by the syndicate on 07.09.2026 at 14:00 in the office of a syndicate at ul.
