The syndicate will sell freehand in the form of a mobility package competition Bankruptcy syndicate in connection with the ongoing insolvency proceedings of Genesis Bluebird Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy, carried out under the signature of the act GD1G/Gup/76/2023 in front of the District Court of Gdansk, North of Gdañsk, VI Commercial Division, at ul. Bakery 10 in Gdansk (80-126), will sell free of charge in the form of an offer right to the mobility package, consisting of: chair, Apple MacBook Pro 13 The list of movables together with the estimate is Annex 1 to this Regulation. The competition is held on the basis of the provisions of the Judge-Commissioner at the District Court of Gdansk-North in Gdańsk of 11 August 2026, issued on the matter under the name of the act: GD1G/Gup/76/2023 (hereinafter: Order s-k). Sales have consequences of execution sales. Neither the fallen syndicate shall be liable to the purchaser for the deficiencies or disadvantages of the object sold. The purchaser shall not be entitled to return the acquired object.
