Bankruptcy syndicate E-TRINITI Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy will sell a claim with a nominal value of PLN 52 655,98 held by the bankrupt, against LUXE COSMETICS sp. z O.o with its registered office in Skorzewo (previous company: NEXT LOOK SP. Z O.O.) KRS: 0000920310 for services carried out by the bankrupt covered by VAT invoice number FVS/0445/12/22 of 30 December 2022 in the amount of PLN 52 655,98 plus interest, for the most favourable price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 10.531.20. Unconditional offers for the purchase of claims with a price not lower than the minimum price specified shall be submitted by 31 August 2026 to the hour. 1 p.m. at the Syndica Office in Poznań, ul. Mickiewicz 19/8 in closed envelopes with the addition of E-triniti sp. z o.o. In addition to determining the price offered for the sale, the offer should specify in particular the date and method of payment and include a copy of bank proof of payment of a security of 10% of the price of the call to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate: 20 2490 0005 0000 4530 0036 0465 (Alior Bank S.A.). The bankruptcy syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any time without giving a reason, both before and after the expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders, without giving the reason. The security shall be refunded in nominal amount within 14 days of the receipt of the offer by the Syndicate or the withdrawal by him from the sale.
