The syndicate will sell the above mentioned component of the bankruptcy in the form of free-of-hand sales as part of the tender contest for a price of not less than PLN 2500,00 (say: two thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). (b) In the event of receipt of at least two tenders, the syndicate may auction (in electronic form) between the tenderers offering the highest prices, with the reservation that the call price will correspond to the highest bid price resulting from the tenders selected. (c) The Syndicate shall choose the highest bid price offered. (d) The tenderers will be informed of the selected offer or the date of the additional auction in the form of a remote session of MS Teams on 7 October 2026 by telephone and email. (g) All costs, taxes and charges relating to the conclusion of the contract shall be borne entirely by the purchaser. (h) The Syndicate reserves the right to cancel or cancel the contest without giving a reason at any stage, even after selecting the tender. (i) Pursuant to Article 313. 1 Bankruptcy law sales made in insolvency proceedings have the effect of enforcing the sale. (j) The Buyer shall not be entitled to complaints and guarantees.
