Syndicate designated by the Poznań-Old Town District Court in Poznan XI Economic Department Bankruptcy and Restructuring Act of 15 November 2024 on the signature of Act PO1P/GU/958/2024 for the fallen Danielska Karolina will sell 90 shares in P.P.S. limited liability company (KRS 0000891680, NIP 7812019217) with the value of PLN 2 250,00. According to the knowledge of the syndicate, the company has not been operating since 2021, does not generate revenue and does not have assets. The syndicate shall not be liable for the legal status and financial condition of the company whose shares are the subject of sale. Sales will be made at the highest price possible to obtain on the market, not less than PLN 2.250,00. The minimum price has been determined taking into account, inter alia, the nominal value of the shares. The offer must be submitted in writing, in a sealed envelope (which makes it impossible to open it) with the following words: Syndyk Jakub Świerczyński, sale of shares in the company, must be made by 1 September 2026 at 1 p.m. 4:00 p.m., in writing at ul. In the case of two or more tenders with the same price offered, the syndicate shall set an additional deadline for the tenderers to submit a new tender. In the case of selection of the tender, the tenderer shall conclude the contract of sale within the time limit set by the syndicate. The sale price should be paid in full into the bankruptcy account by the date of conclusion of the contract at the latest - before the contract is concluded. The offerer whose offer has not been selected as the most advantageous will be refunded within 14 days of the opening date of the offer (without interest and interest). If a tenderer whose tender has not been selected as the most favourable does not enter into a sale contract within the prescribed time limit, the security shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy.
