Bankruptcy syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Aleksandra Rowiński, a natural person not engaged in business activity, announces the sale of three claims at a total amount (main amount) of PLN 736 878,64 at a price not less than PLN 2 000,00 (two thousand zlotys). Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the e-mail address: l.blaszczuk@blaszczuk.pl by 01 July 2021 (inclusive). The purchase offer shall include: (a) the exact name of the tenderer or an indication of the supplier's company, in the case of a natural person, address of residence and PESEL number, and, in case of the firm, the tenderer's registered address, the legal form of the offerer and the KRS, REGON and NIP number (depending on the legal forms of the tender), the contact telephone and e-mail number, (b) the purchase price offered, (c) the signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or the signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person. If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the content of the email. If Syndicate receives more than one bid for the acquisition within the time limit referred to above and offers are at least equal to the minimum price, the Syndicator will auction for the sale of the claim. The auction will be open to persons who will pay a security deposit of the amount fixed by the syndicate. The details of the auction will be indicated to the tenderers in the auction rules. The sale contract will be signed after payment of the entire price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass of Aleksandra Rowiński. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The Syndicate shall be entitled to revoke or annul the proceedings at any stage without giving cause.
