Syndicate of the bankruptcy mass .MAT 2003 sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy (KRS 0000173004) with its registered office in Warsaw designated in bankruptcy proceedings under Act XVIII of the Gup 198/19 held by the District Court for the City of Warsaw, on the basis of the consent of the Judge, the Commissioner for sale from his free hand, announces the competition of offers for sale: the claim of the Fallen in bankruptcy against .MARCPOL S.A. from the titles of the vat invoice No. F/00011/11/2014 for the amount of PLN 16 304,91 (hereinafter referred to as the subject-matter of the tender). The claim in this amount was recognised on the list of claims of MARCPOL SA (w. 406) in cat. II. List of claims included in the This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Tenders shall be submitted by 30 June 2021. The starting price of the tender is PLN 12,200,00 gross. One of the conditions for entering the tender is the payment of the security.
