Jagiellonian 57 m. 14 1. The object of the sale is the residential premises located in Radomsko at ul. Jagiellonian 57 m. 14 as cooperative property right to a 48,37 m2 residential space consisting of two rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, wc and lobby, located on the first floor, in the second cage for which the District Court in Radom keeps the perpetual book KW PT1R/00092392/2, for a price of at least 172 700,00 (one hundred seventy two thousand seven hundred 00/100) gross zlotys. 2. Written offers may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 31 May 2021 at the latest until 15:00 p.m. to Syndyk's address of the bankruptcy mass of Sylvester Ociepy, Wojciech Więcek, ul. Beer 5/23, 97-500 Radomsko, with a clear inscription on the envelope 3. The Syndicate shall open the tenders on 01 June 2021 and choose the most advantageous of them or determine that the competition for tenders has been closed without the choice of any of them.
