Announcement on the sale of FAITH which is part of the bankruptcy mass in insolvency proceedings Act VI Gup 338/20/LP free of charge in the form of an offer contest Bankruptcy syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of Act VI GUP 338/20/ŁP announces a written tender contest for the sale of a free-of-hand part of the bankruptcy estate in the form of a monetary debt with a total nominal value of PLN 10.078,79 (main relationship) owned by Sławomir Krzysztof Wasilewski residing in Sopot for: • PLN 4.088,16 plus statutory interest from 15 February 2012 and PLN 53,35 for reimbursement of the costs of the process on the basis of a final order for payment in the proceedings of the Regional Court of Lublin-West in Lublin VI Civil Division of 6 April 2012 under Act VI Nc-e 267258/12; • PLN 1.934,63 plus statutory interest from 11 May 2012 and PLN 30.00 for reimbursement of the costs of the process on the basis of a final order for payment in the proceedings of the Regional Court of Lublin-West in Lublin VI Civil Division of 29 May 2012 under Act VI Nc-e 770774/12; • PLN 4.056,00 plus statutory interest from 31 January 2013 and PLN 51,00 for reimbursement of the costs of the process on the basis of a final order for payment in the proceedings of the Regional Court of Lublin-West in Lublin VI Civil Division of 19 February 2013 i.e. act VI Nc-e 286975/13. at the highest price offered, not less than PLN 1.080,00 (in words: one thousand eighty PLN 00/100).
