Other non-recoverable movable property, as detailed in Annex 1 to this statement, TOTAL 322 POSITIONS at the price of PLN 274,941,68 net. for the total call price not less than PLN 7.849.981,47 net (say: seven million eight hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred eighty one zloty 47/100) plus any VAT. I. The possibility of separate sales of rights forming part of the organised part of a failed company shall be excluded. II. The sale and acquisition and the release of the organised part of the bankrupt company will take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale. CONDITIONS OF THE TRANSPARENCY The detailed terms of the invitation to tender are laid down in the Rules of Procedure of the tender, which was submitted for inspection by persons interested in the syndicate in Wejherów at ul.
