Mateusz Ładyga syndicate in bankruptcy Sotronic sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy based in Balice announces the sale of movable property belonging to the bankruptcy mass (in the form of a tender contest). The competition is divided into parts. The subject of sale for each part is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Regulation. General description of the sold mobility: For sale are devices used in construction robots in the field of fiber optic installations such as polishing machine, multimeters, network testing equipment with equipment (e.g. EXFO brand), measuring devices for fiber optic networks, computer programs, small installation and construction tools, furniture, office equipment electronic, a very large amount of warehouse stock related to fibre and electrical installations, muffs, tips, monitoring equipment materials and much more). For sale there are several hundred items of movables divided into parts. The gross minimum price for movable property is specified for each part in the Rules of Procedure. The condition for participation in the Competition is to submit a written offer in Polish, either by personal mail or by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, by 8 April 2021 in closed and sealed envelopes to the following address: Kancelaria Konsultacji restrukturyzacji Mateusz Ładyga, ul. Łąkowa 25A/1, 31-443 Kraków. The condition for joining the Competition is to pay a security deposit. The opening of offers takes place on 9 April 2021 at 10 a.m. at the syndicate.
