The bankruptcy syndicate Leszek Grodzicki in bankruptcy, a natural person not engaged in business activity, invites to negotiate the sale of part 1/2 of the property right of the apartment no. 47 located in Krakow on the wasp. The offer shall include: (a) the name or business name, address of the place of residence or establishment, (b) the bank account number to which a security must be returned in the event of failure to accept the offer, (c) the signature of the tenderer or the person empowered to make a declaration of his will on behalf of the successful tenderer in accordance with the documents annexed to the tender, (d) an up-to-date document indicating the legal status of the tenderer (certificate of entry into the business records, current KRS extract, etc.), (e) a proposal to purchase the subject matter of the offer, the price offered and the terms of the payment, (f) a statement that the Tenderer undertakes to bear the costs of concluding a notarial contract and other charges relating to the conclusion of the contract, (g) proof of payment of the security, (h) a statement that the Tenderer has become aware of the legal and factual situation of the subject-matter of the sale and that he accepts it without reservation and that no claims will be made in the future, (i) any authorisation (promes) or consent if, due to the person or the firm of the buyer, they are required by law at the date of submission of the tender.
