Act VIII GUP 453/20/S informs that under the order of the Judge Commissioner of 22 February 2021 he has obtained consent for sale from a free hand property located in Tarnów, which is a residential building No. 1 with an area of 38.40 m2 in a building at 26 Radienna Street in Tarnowa, covered by the perpetual book with the number w6tt TR1T/00091642/2. The ownership of the premises is linked to a share of 427/16349 in the ownership of common real estate covered by the perpetual book TR1T/00090285/4, which constitutes the land on which the building stands and the common parts of the building and equipment which are not used exclusively for the use of the property owners. These eternal books are kept by the District Court in Tarnów, 6th Faculty of Perpetual Books. Detailed description and estimate of the property are included in the estimated operation, which is available for inspection at the syndicate's office at ul. Goldhammer 10/4 in Tarnów (Tel.: 606 876 456) and in the case file in the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Cracow, VIII Economic Department for bankruptcy and restructuring, ul. At Round 7, 31-547 Kraków, the name of Act VIII Gup 453/20/S. The property can be viewed on 16 and 17 March 2021, after prior agreement with the syndicate. The sale of real estate will take place in the form of an offer contest, at a price of not less than PLN 162 900,00 (in words: one hundred sixty two thousand nine hundred zlotys, zero pennies) which is its estimated market value. The condition for joining the competition is to submit an offer in Polish by 18 March 2021 by 6 p.m. at the syndicate at ul. Goldhammer 10/4 in Tarnów and pay a deposit of 10 % of the minimum price for the bank account of bankruptcy funds within this period. Offers can also be sent by registered letter to the administrator's office, with the fact that the validity of the deadline for submitting the offer is determined by the date of receipt of the offer to the firm and not the date on which it was given. The validity of the payment shall be determined by the date of recognition of the bank account. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place on 19 March 2021 at 11.00 p.m. at the syndicate's office at ul. Goldhammer 10/4 in Tarnów. The Syndicator reserves the right to cancel or cancel the contest without giving reasons at any stage of the proceedings, i.e. until the signing of the contract for the transfer of property.
