Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Order of the Court of First Instance of 18 March 2022 on the approval of the Rules of Procedure for a written invitation to tender before 6 April 2022. The security of PLN 14 400,00 (14 thousand and four hundred zlotys) must be transferred to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of PKO BP S.A.
