Announcement on the sale of immovable property forming part of the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of Act VI GUP 476/20/KP free of charge in the form of an offer contest Bankruptcy syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of Act VI GUP 476/20/KP announces a written competition for tenders for sale free-of-hand real estate including: property property which is a plot of land no 134/1 area of 941,00 m2 built in a single-family residential building in a freestanding building with a usable area of 281.85 m2 located in Kostkow at ul. Książ Galasa 11 (A), for which the District Court in Wejherów IV Department of the Books of Perpetuals runs the perpetual book No. GD1W/00033808/1 at the call price not less than PLN 351.300,00 (in words: three hundred fifty-one thousand three hundred PLN 00/100). The sale and acquisition of the property will take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale. THE CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER COMPETITIVE Detailed terms and conditions of the competition are laid down in the Regulations of the tender contest, which was submitted for inspection by interested persons in the syndicate's firm in Wejherów at ul. Industrial 35A building B on weekdays from 9.00 to 14.00. The terms and conditions of the tender competition, at the request of the tenderers, shall also be made available by e-mail to the syndicate.
