The bankruptcy syndicate will sell the Yamaha XJ 550 motorcycle The bankruptcy syndicate of Krzysztof Sławski's debtor, a non-business natural person, announces a tender contest for free sale: motorcycle brand Yamaha XJ 550, year prod. 1984, engine capacity 522 cm3, damaged (to repair starter and clutch), no current technical tests, at a price not less than PLN 3 500,00 (in words: three thousand five hundred zlotys 00/100) I. The Syndicate chooses the most advantageous bid for the price of the offers submitted. II. In the event of the impact of two offers of identical values, the order of impact of the offers to the syndicate will be decisive. III. The minimum selling price is the call price of the movable property 3 500,00 zł. IV. The minimum price for doing so is PLN 300,00. V. The time limit for submission of tenders shall be 24 September 2021. An offer which will be received after that date will not be considered. VI. The purchase price will be paid to Krzysztof Sławski in consumer bankruptcy at Santander Bank Polska S.A. with number 62 1090 2590 0000 0001 4736 1281 in its entirety at the latest on the day preceding the conclusion of the sale contract. VII. The costs of concluding a sales contract and any related charges shall be borne in full by the buyer. VIII. The date of conclusion of the contract of sale until 23 October 2021. The opening and recognition of tenders shall take place on 30 September 2021 at the latest. 12:00 p.m. at the Syndician Office. The Syndicator reserves the right to change the date of opening and recognition of tenders and to withdraw from the competition without giving a reason.
