The Syndicate announces the tender competition for sale, free of charge in bankruptcy proceedings conducted by the Poznań District Court, the Old Town in Poznan under the name of Act XI Gup 527/20, a share of 1/6 in the right of separate ownership of the dwelling no. 161 o pow. 72,70 m2, located in a multi-family building on Os. Jan III Sobieski nr 21 in Poznań. For the premises concerned, the Poznań District Court runs KW No. PO1P/00253562/9. The starting price of the above mentioned participation in the property law of the premises is PLN 48.249.33. Interested parties must submit tenders by 19 September 2021 at the syndicate's law firm at ul. Dominikańska 3, 61-762 Poznań or send them by registered mail to the Syndicate's Office (decides the date of impact of the offer to the syndicate's Chancellery, not the date on which it was given). The criterion of the purchase price offered is decisive for the selection of the offer, but not less than PLN 48.249.33. If more offers are received, the highest bid will be selected. The condition for the conclusion of the sale contract at the end of the tender contest is the prior payment of the purchase price of the above mentioned right into the bank account of the bankruptcy in the amount declared by the buyer, but not less than PLN 48.249.33. The Syndicate reserves the right to cancel the tender contest or to cancel it without giving a reason.
