Syndyk Masy Włodarzewska S.A. in bankruptcy with its registered office in Warsaw invites you to submit offers for the acquisition of shares in the property rights of the non-residential premises (multi-station garage), located in Sulejówek near Al. Pilsudski 76, for which the District Court of Minsk Mazowiecki V, Department of the Eternal Books, keeps a perpetual book with the number KW SI1M/00113654/9, i.e.: 1st share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space No 14; 2nd share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space 26; 3. the share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space 34; 4th share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space No 35; 5th share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space 62; 6th share of 1/79 corresponding to parking space No 66. Tenders for the purchase of shares shall be submitted in writing by 24 May 2021 at the office of Syndyk (ul. Victor's 65th floor. 3, 02-587 Warszawa) or registered letter to Syndyk's office (decides the date of impact of the offer rather than the date on which the offer was given).
