Syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy of a natural person not engaged in business activity (Gdansk-Północ District Court in Gdansk, 6th Economic Division, gynag. act GD1G/Gup-s/1034/2024), will sell free-hand in the form of an offer package of claims due to Fallen towards ENKOM ENGINEERING sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. The set of claims shall consist of the following claims: (a) PLN 8 902,74 in respect of a monetary debt declared by order of payment in the proceedings of 18 January 2013 issued by the District Court of Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, Department X of Economics in the case of X act of GNc 3420/12 with a declaration of enforceability given by decision of 13 March 2013, (b) PLN 1292,00 for monetary debt for reimbursement of the costs of proceedings ordered to pay in the proceedings of 18 January 2013 issued by the District Court of Szczecin-Centrum in Szczecin, Department X of Economics in the case of X-Act GNc 3420/12, accompanied by a declaration of enforceability given by the order of 13 March 2013, (c) PLN 34,30 for monetary debt in respect of execution costs incurred by the creditor in the case of Km 538/13 act conducted by Komornik Sądowy for Warsaw Prague-North in Warsaw by Julian Banachowicz. Credits will be subject to total sales. The starting price is PLN 511.45 (in words: five hundred eleven zlotys and 45/100 for the whole package of receivables (all together). The opening and award of tenders will take place on 3 September 2026 at 3 p.m. 11:00 at the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor. The buyer will be selected at the highest price. The bankruptcy syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale or cancellation of the sale procedure at any time without giving a reason.
