Deficiencies and Restructuring Act: PL1P/GRs/4/2022 and Orders of Act: EN1P / GRs/3/2022 of 25 September 2025 on the approval of the Agreement in connection with the implementation of the arrangement proposals, announces an invitation to tender for the acquisition of the following agricultural property: · Land real estate with pow. 3.05 ha, located in the village of Śniegocin, the municipality of Radzanowo, the district of Płocki, described in the eternal book PL1P/00032075/4, which on 26 February 2025 was estimated by the estate valuer mgr inż. Monika Bryłka (rights number 3063) for the amount of PLN 113.200,00. · Land real estate with pow. 1,39 ha, located in the village of Zagroba, the municipality of Bielsk, the district of Płock, described in the book of perpetual PL1P/00067986/7, which on 18 February 2025 was estimated by the estate valuer mgr inż. Monika Bryłka (rights number 3063) for the amount of PLN 49.200,00. · Land real estate with pow. 6,87 ha located in the town of Jaroszewo Biskupie and Jarosżewo Wieś, the municipality of Bielsk, the district of Płock, described in the eternal book PL1P/00106082/6 consisting of parcels with numbers: 162/1; 219/1; 51/1; 147/1; 166; 168; 178/1; 179/1; 179/2; 180/1; 181/1; 181/2; 182/1; 183/1; 183/4. The book covers parcels with a total pow. 12,4261 ha, which in part have been sold. The entire property was estimated by the valuer of the property mgr inż. Monika Bryłka (rights number 3063) for the amount of PLN 688,600,00. On the day of the invitation to tender, the amount remaining for the sale of parcels shall be PLN 344.300,00. · Land real estate with pow. 8,10 ha, located in the town of Jaroszewo Biskupie, the municipality of Bielsk, the district of Płock, described in the eternal book PL1P/00125832/8, which on 25 February 2025 was estimated by the estate expert mgr inż. Monika Bryłka (rights number 3063) for the amount of PLN 488,600,00. at a price equal to 75% of the value of the individual parcels, i.e. at the total price of PLN 746 475 (in words: seven hundred forty six thousand four hundred seventy five zł/100) gross. The overseer shall allow the sale of each parcel separately. The sale is based on a legally approved arrangement which provides for the satisfaction of creditors with the price obtained from the sale of the property described above .
