The object of the competition is a share of 1/6 in the property rights of land built for which the perpetual book no. SI1W/00035260/7 The property is located in the village of Szumin, gmina Łochów, powiat węgrowski, voivodship mazowieckie, about the entire area of the property 0,1682 ha. The price represents 75% of the estimated value, i.e.PLN 23,925,00 (in words: twenty-three thousand nine hundred twenty-five zlotys 00/100). Tenders must be submitted by 28 March 2022 to: Kancelaria Syndyka Marcin Kopacz ul. Przysnyska 6A, 01-756 Warszawa. The date of impact of the offer to the syndicate is decisive. The offer that entered the syndicate after the deadline will not be considered. The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope.
