The syndicate of the bankruptcy of Marta Miąsek, a natural person who does not carry out business activity in bankruptcy proceedings, under Act XIX of the Gup 927/20, announces the sale by free hand, by means of a written tender and auction of a share in the size of 1⁄2 in the cooperative property right to a residential premises no. 13 located in Warsaw at ul. Rembielinska 4 with an area of 38m2 at a price not less than PLN 142.500,00 (one hundred forty two thousand five hundred zlotys). The date of impact of the offer on the given address is determined by the retention of the deadline, not by the postal stamp. In the case of a declaration of the registered consignment on which the tender was issued, the date of the first attempt to deliver the consignment shall be deemed to be the date on which it was issued. The offerer should pay the amount of PLN 14.250,00 (in words: fourteen thousand two hundred fifty zloty zero grosz) to the account of the bankruptcy estate in Santander Bank Polska S.A. No. 73 1090 1870 0000 0001 3318 5784. Proof of payment of the security must be attached to the tender submitted. The offer under the rigour of leaving it undiagnosed shall meet all the conditions laid down in the Rules of Procedure for the tender and the auction. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place on 30 March 2022 at the Syndic Office at 3 p.m. 11:00. If more than one offer is affected, the syndicate will auction. The time and place of the auction and the manner in which it is carried out shall be communicated by the syndicate to all tenderers whose tenders have been accepted. All costs related to the conclusion of the contract of sale shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer is obliged to pay the entire price before signing the contract. The Syndicate reserves the right to cancel the tender or close it without selecting the tender without giving a reason.
