The bankruptcy syndicate of Grzegorz Pleskota announces the procedure for sale on a free-of-hand basis which forms part of the bankruptcy estate of Grygorz Pleskot 1490 shares in the share capital of the limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw (KRS: 0000141086) at a price of not less than PLN 22.400,00 (twenty two thousand four hundred 00/100 zlotys). The estimated operation by the forensic expert Dr. Ryszard Gądka on 8 April 2021 is available for inspection in the office of the syndicate (after prior appointment by e-mail), located at ul. Marshal's 9/15. 53, 00-626 in Warsaw, Before submitting the offer, the offerer is obliged to take a detailed look at the legal status of the subject-matter of the sale and the rules of the competition procedure. Each tenderer participating in the competition shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Rules of Procedure and the notice of sale. Tenders shall be submitted within 14 days of the date of publication in the Court and Economic Monitor of the sale notice, i.e. until 21 February 2022, to the following address: Syndyka Office, ul. Marshal's 9/15. 53, 00-626 Warszawa. The date of receipt of the offer to the Syndic Office is decisive. An offer that was received after the deadline will not be considered. The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the designated Syndicate together with the signature of act XIX of the Gup 46/21 and the following note: "NO OPPORTUNITY OFFERTA in the bankruptcy proceedings of Grzegorz Pleskota" and include a precise indication of the tender. The condition for participation in the competition proceedings is to pay a security of PLN 2.300,00 (say: two thousand three hundred 00/100 zlotys), which must be paid into the bank account of the bankruptcy of Grzegorz Pleskot in bankruptcy at Santander Bank Polska S.A. with the number 76 1090 2590 0000 0001 4755 9006, with the addition of "Wadium" in the contest proceedings. 19th Gup 46/21 and at the latest until the last day of the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the actual date of recognition of the amount of w/w security in/in the bank account shall be counted. The opening and recognition of tenders shall take place on the second working day following the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, i.e. on 23 February 2022 at the latest. 11:00 at the Syndica Office at ul. If more than one tender meeting the conditions of the competition procedure has been submitted, the syndicate shall manage the execution of the auction (interpretation) among all the current tenderers whose tenders have not been rejected under the following conditions: The successful tenderer shall, within 1 month of the selection of the offer by the syndicate, conclude a contract of sale in the form provided for in Article 180 of the Commercial Companies Code and the total amount offered shall be paid at the latest two days before the sale contract is signed and shall decide on the date of the impact of the funds on the bank account. The security paid by the successful tenderer shall be paid against the purchase price. The offerer must pay the full price before signing the contract only in the form of a transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass.
