The bankruptcy mass syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of the bankruptcy mass component in the form of a cooperative ownership right to dwelling No 7 with a usable area of 40,60 m2 located in the multi-family building No 60/II, located at ul. Col. Elbląg oak, Warmia-Mazury Warm, for which the perpetual book No. EL1E/00067096/9 is kept by the District Court of Elbl±g VI Department of Perpetual Books. 2. The agreement in the form of a notarial act should be concluded within two months from the date of the selection of the tender. The buyer acquires the property in question free of charge and is not liable for the liabilities of the failing party (Article 313 of the Insolvency Act). 12. The sale and acquisition of the property will take place in the actual state in which it is situated on the date of sale. The issue of tenants remains on the buyer's side. 13.
