Syndyk Soldrew, a company with limited liability in bankruptcy with its registered office in Brzeźno, announces that it owns the ownership of assets in the form of storage stocks (wood material), located on fallen properties built with workshop and warehouse buildings in Jasin and Brzezno, which are part of the mass of bankruptcy Soldrew company with limited liability in bankruptcy with its registered office in Brzeźno (hereinafter "Magazine stocks") for a price not less than PLN 511.691.00 (in words: five hundred eleven thousand six hundred ninety one zloty 00/100) net, i.e. 629.379.93 zł (in words: six hundred twenty-nine thousand three hundred seventy-nin zlotys 93/100) gross. The offer, under the condition of rejection, must contain: the date on which it was drawn up; an indication of the subject matter of the tender contest; the exact designation of the tenderer: the name or indication of the supplier's company, the tenderer's registered address/address, the legal form of the bidder and the KRS, REGON and NIP number (depending on the legal forms of the successful tenderer) and, in the case of a natural person, the telephone number at which the tenderer may be contacted; information corresponding to the current copy from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register or information corresponding with the current one from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland (or equivalent documents for foreign entities) and, in the case of a natural person, a copy of the current identity card; the net and gross price, the price offered for the acquisition of the subject-matter of the tender contest shall be expressed in terms of amount and words and shall not be lower than the net or gross trigger price, and the price expressed in words shall be determined in price differences; proof of the payment of a security against the bankruptcy bank account referred to in these Rules of Procedure of the tender; in the case of action by a proxy, the original of the power of attorney; an indication of the bank account number to be returned if the offer is not selected; the signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or the signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person on the offer and of all declarations.
