The bankruptcy syndicate will sell apartment No 4 with a total usable area along with the area of the premises of 71.07 m2, consisting of three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and wc, located in Słupsk at ul. Małachowskiego 27, nr KW SL1S/00033864/3. Terms of sale: 1. The call price is set at PLN 148.500,00 (in words: one hundred forty-eight thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). 2. Interested parties must submit written offers by 01 October 2021 to the administrator's office: Grant Finance Sp. z o.o., ul. M. The loss of the security in favour of the bankruptcy shall be reserved in the event of the tenderer's withdrawal from the conclusion in the form of a notarial act of a contract for the sale of immovable property within the time limit and place designated by the syndicate or in the absence of the above-mentioned contract being signed by the tenderer. 6. The offer, together with the confirmation of the payment of the security, shall include the exact indication of the offer making the offer together with an indication of telephone number and e-mail address, the designation of the property and the purchase price offered. 7. The tenders will be identified on 06 October 2021. 8. Where more than one offer is received, the syndicate may auction for the choice of the buyer between the tenderers who have offered the highest prices. The selection of bids participating in the auction will be made by the syndicate. The call price in the auction is the highest price offered in the offer with action of PLN 5.00.00 (in words: five thousand PLN 00/100). 9. The agreement in the form of a notarial act shall be concluded within the time limit and place indicated by the syndicate. 10. The buyer is obliged to pay the full price before signing the contract. 11. All costs, taxes and charges related to the acquisition of the property shall be borne entirely by the buyer. 12. The Syndicator reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the sale without giving a reason even after selecting the offer. 13. The sale of real estate has consequences of execution sale. 14. Neither the fallen syndicate shall be liable to the purchaser for the deficiencies or disadvantages of the property sold. 15. The purchaser shall not be entitled to return the purchased property.
