Announcement on the sale of a share of the property in bankruptcy proceedings under Act VI GUP 283/20/MC free of charge in the form of an offer contest Bankruptcy syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of Act VI GUP 283/20/MC announces a written competition for tenders for the sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate free of charge, including: a share representing 1⁄2 in property rights of land property which is plot number 3275/2 with an area of 0,0396 ha, built up in a single family house with a usable area of 152,14 m2 located in Sierpc at ul. Władysława Jagiełła 28 (Mazowieckie Voivodeship), for which the District Court in Sierpc IV Faculty of Eternal Books keeps the perpetual book number KW PL1E/00015884/2, at the call price not less than PLN 60.00.00 (in words: PLN sixty thousand 00/100).
