The syndicate will sell the real estate located in Zielona Góra at ul. Insecutive One. Located on the eighth floor of the building, it consists of a hallway (a kitchenette), a room and a bathroom with W.C. with a total area of 17,90 m2. The location is in average technical condition. The Syndicate shall not be liable for the condition and disadvantages of the property, in particular the liability for warranties shall be excluded. The sale is made in bankruptcy proceedings and has the effect of enforcing the sale. The property will be sold to the person who will submit to the syndicate the most advantageous written offer to purchase the property. The offer can be submitted by registered letter or in person at the syndicate's office, ul. Sobieski 18, Zielona Góra by 03.09.2021 (deciding the date of impact).
