The object of the tender contest is two shares of 1/2 each in property ownership law, consisting of registered parcels with number 57/4, 57/7, 695, 696, 613 from the perimeter of 0021 Zabrodzie with a total area of 0,9908 ha, for which the District Court in Wyszkowie keeps a perpetual book with number OS1W/00041263/7. The price of the entire property right is PLN 12.600,00, which represents 40% of the value of the property estimate. A tender may be submitted per parcel where the starting price is the amount indicated below: (a) ownership of unbuilt land, designated as registered parcels Nos 57/4 and 57/7 with an area of 1 108 m2 for a price of PLN 2.480,00; (b) ownership of forest land property marked as registered parcels Nos 695 and 696 with an area of 5 200 m2 for the price of PLN 6,160,00; (c) ownership of forest land property, designated as registered plot No 613 with an area of 3 600 m2 for a price of PLN 3.960,00. The offer that entered the syndicate after the deadline will not be considered. The Syndicator announces that the tender is subject to two shares of 1/2 in the property right mentioned above. In the case of the submission of tenders for all ownership rights, tenders shall be submitted to two competitions. If an offer is submitted only for a share of 1/2 in the property property right, all the prices listed in this notice should be reduced by half. The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope.
